CALM – When my kids are getting ready to go onstage and sing or play their instruments….when I’m gearing up to speak to a couple thousand families at a convention…..when nervousness abounds, this is the one we like to use! I also like to diffuse this one when there is, with three boys, “too much testosterone” in the air, just to bring about what the name of this blend implies – a calming atmosphere. A calming, soothing blend of East Indian Sandalwood, red mandarin, bergamot, Roman chamomile, and lavender, just thinking about this blend puts me in a nice, soothing state of calm. For external use only, keep out of reach of children.
