Peppermint

PEPPERMINT – If we took a vote on our favorite household single essential oil, it would be this one. Peppermint is invigorating, we’ve rubbed it on our little one’s belly (diluted with a carrier oil, such as coconut) when he had extreme nausea during his 3 1/2 years of chemotherapy, and used it applied to the back of the neck or the temples (again, diluted in carrier oil) to help a headache. Plus, it just smells great! As with all essential oils, keep out of reach of children, and discontinue use if sensitivity occurs.
