We accept returns on books only, if in resalable condition, within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us through our contact form for a return authorization number, which must be written on the outside of your package. Pack all materials with adequate padding, and be sure to include a copy of your original invoice and credit card information, as well as your phone number.
Returns which arrive in our warehouse without a return authorization number on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to the sender. Once we receive your return, we will credit you for the price of each book that is in resalable condition, minus a 15% restocking fee.
Ebook purchases are non-refundable once files have been downloaded.
