Lavender

LAVENDER - our favorite sleepytime single essential oil! I like to diffuse our REST blend in the living room in the hours preceding bedtime, and then mix a bit of lavender essential oil (just a few drops) in a spray bottle with pure water, shake, and spray the sheets right before the little ones are tucked in. Can you spell "ZZZZZZZ?" As with all essential oils, keep out of reach of children, and discontinue use if sensitivity occurs.
