FIRE & ICE – I love this blend for sore muscles! When, right before my 52nd birthday, my oldest daughter challenged me to do an INTENSE workout program for an ENTIRE year, I knew I'd better have something strong in my arsenal, just in case. Hence my research and crafting of this synergistic blend! This blend feels a bit cool when it goes on, thanks to the cooling essential oils it contains. But the warming oils balance it out, and the healing oils contained bring quick relief and healing to those overworked, stressed muscles. Contains a blend of peppermint, lavender, eucalyptus, helichrysum, sweet maroram, clove bud, rosemary, and wintergreen in a base of organic, fractionated coconut oil. Do not diffuse this oil, it is too strong, and the coconut oil does not disperse in the air well, and may clog your diffuser. If sensitivity occurs, discontinue use, or dilute further in any food grade vegetable oil, such as coconut, almond, olive, or jojoba oil. Keep out of reach of children.
