INHALE - our favorite essential oil blend to diffuse when dealing with respiratory issues, we also like to dilute this one 50/50 or weaker with coconut, almond, olive, or jojoba oil and rub it on our chest when dealing with congestion. Of course, with young children, we dilute it even further, and with those under age 3, we prefer to just diffuse it from afar, and dilute it to rub on the soles of their feet. With our little – littles (those under age 2), we just diffuse it into a room, and keep it away from their direct line of inhalation, but still in the air. Use your judgement; this is a powerful blend, and one we use and even diffuse at The Holistic Wellness Center all winter long, as clients come in with coughs, stuffy noses, and such. A synergistic blend of eucalyptus, peppermint, ravensara, lemon, bay laurel, tea tree, spearmint, and wintergreen essential oils. For external use only, keep out of reach of children. Do NOT apply NEAT (undiluted.)
