Creation or Evolution - A Home Study Curriculum by Mike Snavely
As Christian parents, we feel it is our most important duty to equip our children to be able to stand up for what
God's Word says. One of those facets is to be able to refute false doctrine, including evolutionary teaching. We
found this curriculum back in 2001, and have used it with all of our children to give them an excellent foundation
in what God's Word says vs. what the world says about the following:
Where did you come from? Why are you alive?
Were you created, or did you evolve?
Does it make a difference what you believe?
How long were the “days” of creation?
What is science? What is evolution?
Does science support the theory of evolution?
What happened to the dinosaurs?
Was the flood really worldwide?
Where did all the water go?
What does nature have to say about origins?
Were there “hominids” in the past – evidence of human evolution?
This curriculum answers these and many other questions. It is designed to give the student a well-rounded view
of the whole "creation model" of origins. This study of the biblical account of origins will stretch
the student’s faith in the written Word of God and encourages confidence when facing a world hostile to its message.
Written in a very easy-to-read, simple to follow format that requires little to no parental involvement (no lessons
to prepare, nothing to "explain," as the lessons are written directly to the student), this curriculum
was designed for grades six and up. We've used it with high schoolers, as well as 4th graders, and have found that,
the older the student, the more they will benefit from this study. There is much to learn, and much to retain -
but Mr. Snavely's course is the absolute BEST we have found for all ages. In King James Version only. Perfect bound
